Refund Policy

The store is not yet selling products during construction. This draft preserves the planned MVP refund policy for launch preparation.
- Return window: 30 days.
- Condition: returned products must be new and unused.
- Return shipping: customers pay return shipping unless the return is caused by a store error.
- Final sale: final-sale products are supported from MVP launch and are not eligible for standard returns unless required by applicable law or caused by store error.
- Excluded conditions: used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for standard returns unless the issue is caused by a store error or required by applicable law.
- Refund timing: approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection, plus any additional bank or card issuer timing.
- Refund method: refunds are expected to return to the original payment method when available.
If an order is accepted in the future without a promised shipping date, the store must handle delay notices, customer consent, cancellation, and refunds consistently with applicable mail, internet, or telephone order rules before commercial launch.
Personalized, custom-made, and print-on-demand products are not part of the placeholder or MVP launch. If introduced later, their return, cancellation, and final-sale terms will be updated before sale.
